We created a four part animated video series for DAWE (Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment) as part of their internal training program Getting the Balance Right, which supports staff in adapting to hybrid work, balancing in person and work from home arrangements.

While the client provided the illustrations, we handled all animation and audio production. This included casting and directing a range of voice-over artists to bring warmth and personality to each scenario.

The videos were designed to sit within an interactive e-learning platform, using relatable situations and clear messaging to help staff navigate new expectations and build effective hybrid work habits. Each piece was crafted to support a flexible, people-focused workplace culture.
